Have a Family Dinner Together:
Statistics show that having family dinners at least 3 times a week have significant effects on children and teens.
Take the time to have a family meal but focus on being together rather than creating the perfect meal. You can even use take out food, but sit at the table together.
You can bet that King Solomon saw his share of elaborate feasts, yet he declared, “Better a dish of vegetables where love is than a fattened ox served with hatred” (Proverbs 15:17).
